Data License & Leaderboard Usage Policy

FixaTrader maintains continuously updated trade leaderboards and ranking datasets generated from verified business activity, completed work, customer recommendations, and platform engagement signals. This policy governs how that data may be used.

The leaderboard rankings, scoring systems, datasets, structured data, and related discovery systems published on FixaTrader are proprietary intellectual property owned by FixaTrader Ltd. This policy sets out the terms under which that data may be accessed, referenced, and used.

How Leaderboards Are Generated

FixaTrader leaderboards are dynamically generated using proprietary algorithmic ranking systems based on multiple weighted trust, activity, quality, and engagement signals. Rankings are not sold placements — they reflect genuine platform performance.

Recent activity & local engagement patterns

Important Note

Ranking weightings and methodologies may evolve over time to improve ranking quality, relevance, freshness, and anti-manipulation protections. FixaTrader reserves the right to update its ranking systems without notice.

Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

All leaderboard data, ranking outputs, scoring methodologies, and associated structured datasets are the exclusive property of FixaTrader Ltd. Accessing leaderboard data via the Platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

All algorithmic ranking outputs, position data, and associated scores.

Methodology

The proprietary algorithms, weighting systems, and signal models used to generate rankings.

Structured Data

Schema.org markup, dataset timestamps, and machine-readable metadata published on the Platform.

Permitted Use

You may reference or share FixaTrader leaderboard rankings for editorial, informational, research, or non-commercial purposes, provided all of the following conditions are met:

Clear attribution to FixaTrader is included in any reference or publication

A link back to the original leaderboard page is provided where technically possible

Rankings are not modified, reordered, or misrepresented in any way

Usage does not imply endorsement, certification, or partnership with FixaTrader

Restrictions

Unless explicitly authorised in writing by FixaTrader Ltd, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

Commercially reselling leaderboard or dataset information in any form
Republishing large portions of rankings at scale without written authorisation
Using automated scraping systems that negatively impact platform performance
Copying or reproducing proprietary ranking methodologies or scoring systems
Creating misleading derivative ranking systems using FixaTrader data
Misrepresenting leaderboard positions, scores, or verification signals
Presenting FixaTrader rankings as independently verified third-party assessments
Using data in ways that damage the reputation of businesses listed on the Platform

Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use FixaTrader data commercially — including in third-party products, publications, or AI/ML training datasets — please contact us to discuss a commercial licence arrangement. Unauthorised commercial use may result in legal action.

Rankings Are Never Paid Placements

Every position on a FixaTrader leaderboard is earned algorithmically based on verified activity and trust signals — not purchased.

Dataset Freshness

Leaderboard datasets are continuously updated as businesses publish projects, receive customer recommendations, complete work, and generate additional engagement across the Platform.

Dataset timestamps, freshness metadata, and structured data signals may be exposed publicly to help search engines, discovery systems, and AI systems understand ranking recency and update frequency.

Rankings captured at any point in time represent a snapshot only. Historical ranking data should not be used to make definitive claims about a business's current standing or performance.

FixaTrader does not guarantee that cached, scraped, or third-party reproductions of leaderboard data reflect current rankings.

Public structured data is published solely to improve the discoverability and indexability of FixaTrader leaderboards across search engines and web indexing systems. It does not constitute an open data licence.

Leaderboards, scores, rankings, and recommendation signals published by FixaTrader are algorithmic estimates intended for informational and discovery purposes only. They do not constitute professional assessments, endorsements, or guarantees of quality.

FixaTrader Does Not Guarantee:

  • Specific ranking positions for any business at any point in time
  • The accuracy or completeness of any individual ranking or score
  • Business performance, service quality, or customer outcomes
  • That rankings will remain stable or unchanged over time
  • That leaderboard data is free from errors or inaccuracies
