By using FixaTrader, you agree to interact with other members honestly, professionally, and respectfully. These guidelines apply to all activity across the platform — including profiles, messages, projects, reviews, recommendations, rankings, and marketplace interactions, as well as the community feed: posts, discussions, replies and quotes, groups and communities, hashtags, follows, articles, and professional updates.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently restrict access where behaviour threatens platform integrity, member safety, or trust within the marketplace.

All members are expected to communicate respectfully and behave professionally at all times. The following behaviour is prohibited:

Members should avoid publicly sharing sensitive personal or business information in comments, public descriptions, or other visible areas of the platform. Private information should only be shared where necessary and through approved communication channels.

FixaTrader prohibits fraudulent or misleading activity intended to manipulate trust signals, rankings, recommendations, reviews, or marketplace visibility. Accounts involved in fraudulent behaviour may be permanently removed without notice.

FixaTrader's marketplace, rankings, and discovery systems rely on authentic business activity and accurate member information. Members may not:

FixaTrader encourages transactions and project communication to remain on-platform wherever possible to help protect both customers and tradespeople. Members must not:
Attempting to bypass platform systems in ways that undermine trust, safety, or marketplace fairness may result in enforcement action.

Reviews, recommendations, verification systems, and leaderboard rankings are important trust mechanisms within the FixaTrader ecosystem. All reviews, endorsements, and business information must be genuine and based on real experiences or completed work. We may remove or restrict:

To maintain trust across the platform, all users must provide accurate and authentic account information.
We may request additional verification information where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

FixaTrader reserves the right to investigate behaviour that may violate these guidelines or threaten the integrity of the platform. Enforcement actions may include:
Content removal
Immediate removal of violating content
Reduced visibility
Lower rankings in discovery systems
Temporary restrictions
Time-limited access limitations
Account suspension
Full suspension pending review
Permanent termination
Irrevocable account removal
Serious violations involving fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or threats to member safety may result in immediate enforcement action without prior notice.

We review all reports carefully and take action where appropriate to protect the platform and wider community.

FixaTrader's community feed lets members post jobs, discussions, project shares, professional updates, and articles, and to participate in groups and communities. The same standards of honesty and respect that apply elsewhere on the platform apply here.
We may remove feed content, restrict posting privileges, or take action against groups and communities that do not meet these standards, in the same way as any other content on the platform.
